Opening Reception: Mark Stermer’s “Vanishing Wildwood Neon” Photography
"The Lambertville Public Library hosts an exhibit of Mark Stermer’s night photographs of vintage Wildwood neon signs.
In the late 1990s, Stermer began a series of night shots of the bars, boardwalks and beachside motels of the New Jersey Shore, including the unique modernist architecture of Wildwood. His work has documented the iconic neon signs and night scenes that are vanishing up and down the coast as bulldozers make way for new construction."
